Indian Valley assistant professional Joe Kogelman carded six birdies on the front nine at Huntingdon Valley yesterday en route to a 4-undcer 66 and a two-shot win in the Philadelphia PGA”s William Hyndman III Memorial Classic.

He was two shots better than four other players:   Joey Pohle (Indian Valley CC), Mark Summerville (Philadelphia CC), Steve Cutler (Radley Run CC), and Stu Ingraham (M Golf Range).

Kevin Kramarski of Riverton Country Club took GAP’s 28th Jock MacKenzie Memorial, defeating Yardley Country Club’s Reilly Erhardt in a sudden-death playoff at Sandy Run.

Steve Owens, Jr. continued his Philly Publinks 2012 run with a victory at the 40th Philadelphia Open Amateur at Cobbs Creek GC.  That’s three PPGA victories in a row for Owens, who shot rounds of 72, 71, and 68 to cruise to a six-shot victory.
