PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — Some folks in center city Philadelphia were beating the stress of the heat today with free ice cream, manicures, and massages.
The Dove Bar ice cream company rolled in a special truck with a see-through section. Free ice cream bars were being given out at 16th and Chestnut Streets, and the public could step into the air-conditioned portion of the truck to get a free massage or manicure.
Philadelphia is one of 10 cities getting the ice cream promotion geared toward adults.

“I got the massage done,” said Betty Smith of center city. “It really helps to beat the stress because it is really humid out today and it’s really hot.”
