“Hispanic Fiesta is an opportunity for Latino countries to really come together and celebrate the rich culture through the language, through the music, through dance and food, of course!”
She adds that you don’t have to be Latino to enjoy Hispanic culture.
“Salsa, merengue, bachata; people are really interested in the folkloric dances. We’re going to have mariachi. People love that type of stuff!”
In addition to the food and entertainment, there are also health and social services organizations available on site to provide information.
The Fiesta began Saturday and continues Sunday from 2 p.m. until 8 p.m. Admission is free.
