Fire Breaks Out In Delaware Trailer Park

NEWARK, De. (CBS) – Delaware fire officials are investigating a fire that heavily damaged a residence in Newark on Saturday.

Officials say the blaze was reported shortly before 11:00 a.m. in the Pleasant Valley Trailer Park on Pleasant Valley Road, near Pulaski Highway. 

Investigators are still trying to determine the cause of the fire. 

Officials say six people have been displaced, but there were no fire-related injuries reported. 

Damage from the fire was estimated at $50,000, according to authorities.
