Philadelphia Police Searching For Female Suspect In Robbery Of Center City Bank

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Philadelphia police are searching for a female suspect believed to be responsible for a bank robbery in Center City.

Around 1:50 p.m. on June 29, the female suspect entered the Wells Fargo Bank at 2005 Market Street and presented the bank teller with a threatening note. The suspect received an undisclosed amount of money and fled on foot.

The suspect is described as a black female in her mid-to-late 30’s with a heavy build and moles around her eyes and on her arms. She was wearing a blue or black dress, a light blue shirt and carrying a red purse.
