SOUTHAMPTON TOWNSHIP, N.J. (CBS) — Investigators say one person was killed in a two-car crash in Burlington County Tuesday morning.

The crash, which involved a 2003 Hyundai Elantra, happened on Route 70 near Tranquility Road in Southampton Township, New Jersey.

According to investigators, 20-year-old Elizabeth Hynoski, who was driving the Elantra, died as a result of her injuries.

Two others in the second vehicle, 39-year-old Anthony Guerrara and a 16-year-old girl whose name has not yet been released, were injured. According to police, the female victim was taken to Capital Health Regional Medical Center in Trenton. Both of their conditions were not immediately known.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
