PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - On today’s APP-tastic and outta SITE – Jetpack Joyride.

Jetpack Joyride isn’t exactly new to the app store. It’s been firing up the charts for a while now – but now the game (by the makers of Fruit Ninja) is worth a second look.

Developer Halfbrick has added 15 gadgets to the side-scrolling adventure game, where you ride a machine gun equipped jetpack as far as you can to escape a lab.

It’s simplistic, yes, but an utterly addictive game – that they’ve just made even better.
