(“Meatballs,” starring Bill Murray.)
By Bob Nelson
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — Next week will see the re-release, with minor tweaks, of some classic comedies from the ’70s and ’80s.
There’s a revival of Meatballs from 1979, a silly, summer camp comedy starring Bill Murray, and a teen-friendly version of Animal House, out on Blu-ray.
And, from 1971, Bud Cort and Ruth Gordon star in the cult classic Harold & Maude, dealing with the awkward friendship of a teenager and a brassy, 80-year-old woman.
