PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – A key portion of the NHL off-season begins on Friday with the amateur draft.

The Flyers hold the 20th overall selection in the first round.  Last year, the Flyers came up big in the first-round, selecting center Sean Couturier with the 8th overall selection.

Of course, the draft is just one component of the off-season for the Flyers who have several personnel decisions to make before training camp.

KYW’s Matt Leon spoke with Dave Isaac of the Courier Post, who attended a media session with Flyers GM Paul Holmgren on Monday, to get some insight into what is happening with the Orange and Black.
