WEST WINDSOR, N.J. (CBS) – Police have canceled an Amber Alert but are still searching for a 5-year-old boy who was possibly abducted in Mercer County.
Authorities say the child, identified as David Lundy, was last seen in the 400 block of Meadow Road in West Windsor.
David’s grandfather, 50-year-old Morris “Tommy” Lundy, of New York, is believed to have abducted David at about 6:30 Friday evening.
Authorities say they may be headed to New York in a silver Volvo with a New Jersey license plate that reads “V54-AMM.”
The child is described as African-American, 3′ 4” tall and weighing about 55 lbs. He was last seen wearing a white and green shirt, blue cargo shorts and has sandy short hair.
