PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – On today’s APP-tastic and outta SITE – Max Payne Mobile.

The Max Payne series is one of the classic shooters for PC and console gamers. The third installment hit shelves last month, but fans of the 11-year old original can now play it on their iPads.

Max Payne Mobile is an exact replication of the game brought to the mobile world and while it holds up pretty well, the control scheme doesn’t work as well as you would like.

It’s a great nostalgic trip, but probably one best suited for true fans only.
