PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Are you planning to cook out this summer? Even grilling masters can use a little help from time to time. 3 On Your Side Consumer Reporter Jim Donovan teamed up with our partners at CNET and looked at high-tech grilling gadgets that are sure to make you the envy of your block.

It’s the time of year when cooks head outside and grill up a storm. Now, they can do that on the go with Cuisinart’s Portable Roll-Away Gas Grill. According to Dan Ackerman at CNET, “It has a built in stand that folds down, and then you can just wheel the entire thing away. You can roll it down the street, or you can put it in the back of the car.”

Keep the cook cool with the Sharper Image Barbecue Grill Light and Fan. Ackerman says, “The fans take the smoke and heat and move them away from you so that you can stand there right in front of the grill, and it’s a lot more comfortable.”
