PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — The jury in the clergy abuse case was expected to return for a third day of deliberations on Tuesday.

The jury deliberated half a day Friday and all day Monday without reaching verdicts, although the jury has asked for some of the documents presented at trial as well clarification on the charges in this case.

Father James Brennan is charged with attempted rape of a teen in 1996.

Both defendants have pleaded not guilty.
