Jury Deliberations Reach Third Day In Clergy Sex Abuse Trial

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- The jury in the clergy abuse case was expected to return for a third day of deliberations on Tuesday.
The jury deliberated half a day Friday and all day Monday without reaching verdicts, although the jury has asked for some of the documents presented at trial as well clarification on the charges in this case.
Monsignor William Lynn is charged with endangering children by not taking action against priests accused of sexual or other inappropriate conduct with minors.
Father James Brennan is charged with attempted rape of a teen in 1996.
Both defendants have pleaded not guilty.
