Suspect Arrested For Fatal Shooting In Chester City
CHESTER, Pa (CBS) – A suspect has been arrested Monday in the May 28th fatal shooting of Devon Williams.
Police say Tahmir Craig, 22, was turned over to Chester and County Detectives at about 9:45 a.m.
Craig, police say, was wanted in connection to the afternoon shooting that happened in the 2100 block of Edgmont Avenue.
Williams was pronounced dead at the scene.
Authorities say video pictures led to Craig, who has been charged with aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person, possession of an instrument of crime with intent, criminal homicide, first and third degree murder, and firearm charges.
A preliminary hearing has not been scheduled.
