PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – A 23-year-old man was shot twice in North Philadelphia Saturday evening, according to authorities.

The incident took place on the 1800 block of Oxford Street at about 6 p.m..

Police say the victim was shot once in the chest and once in the thigh.

The victim was taken to Hahnemann University Hospital. He is in critical but stable condition.

No arrests have been made as of 9 p.m. Saturday.
