INDIANAPOLIS (CBSMiami) – The Miami Heat come into Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals against the Indiana Pacers with their backs against the wall. One player who will not be with the team is star power forward/center Chris Bosh.
Bosh has an abdominal injury and is currently listed as out indefinitely for the Heat. He stayed in South Florida for more treatment of his lower-abdominal strain, according to the South Florida Sun-Sentinel.
While the Heat have listed him as out indefinitely, Bosh hasn’t ruled out a return during this series.
“He’s upbeat as you can be with an injury,” forward LeBron James told the Sun-Sentinel. “He’s just trying to do all the rehab he can. He can’t do much rehabbing right now. He has to rest, but just trying to stay upbeat as much as he can.”
The Heat have been tight-lipped about Bosh’s injury, but one thing has been made abundantly clear, without Bosh in the lineup; the Heat have major problems.
