PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Two people were rushed to the hospital after being shot in a Philadelphia neighborhood early Monday morning.

The shooting happened at about 1:30 a.m. at 56th and Malcolm Streets in the city’s Kingsessing section.

According to investigators, two people were shot and both were rushed to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. One victim is listed in critical condition and the second victim is in an unknown condition.

So far, no arrests have been made and a motive in the double shooting was not immediately known.

The shooting remains under investigation.
