CROYDON, Pa. (CBS) – Fire crews were called to a hazmat situation in Bucks County on Tuesday evening.
The incident, which happened at the Roman Halls Plant on River Road in Croydon, involved a drum that had a reaction when the lid was removed. The temperature briefly reached 150 degrees, but a slurry mix was added to the chemicals and the incident was placed under control.
Fire crews remain on the scene. No injuries have been reported.
