CAMDEN, N.J. (CBS) – Authorities in Camden are investigating a shooting that happened early Friday afternoon.

At about 1:30 p.m., police were called out to 8th and State streets for a reported shooting. When police arrived, they observed a car fleeing the area. Officers followed the car to Cooper University Hospital where they discovered that the passenger, a 30-year-old man, was shot in the left leg.
