Police: Family Targeted In Wynnefield Home Invasion

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Philadelphia police are searching for two suspects who followed a family home from their water ice business and robbed them of several thousand dollars in cash.
The incident happened at about 1:30 a.m. in the 5300 block of Morse Street in the city's Wynnefield section.
According to investigators, the two suspects followed the family home from their water ice business in Upper Darby.
When the victims arrived at their house on Morse Street, the two suspects approached from behind.
The armed suspects demanded the victims turn over money from the business and whatever else they had in their possession. The suspects then entered the home and took money from a safe that was inside. The suspects took about $7,000 before fleeing the scene.
No one was injured, including the victims' seven-year-old child who was sleeping in the car when the incident happened.
So far, no arrests have been made.
