PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Take a trip to Neverland as the Pennsylvania Ballet presents Trey McIntyre’s Peter Pan from May 3rd through 13th at the Academy of Music. Artistic Director Roy Kaiser says it’s a reinterpretation of a beloved story.
“It’s the story that we all know, but Trey went back to the original novel, and worked on this scenario for over three years. The end result is a production that not only has incredible choreography, but really beautifully designed scenic elements — costumes and sets — and incorporates a lot of wonderful visual effects and special effects. Flying, of course,” Kaiser says.
Tickets are on sale now at www.paballet.org, the Kimmel Center box office, or by calling 215-893-1999.
