HORSHAM, Pa. (CBS) – Fire officials are investigating overnight dumpster fires at a Montgomery County apartment complex.

Firefighters were called to the Blair Mill Village Apartments in the 3800 block of Blair Mill Road in Horsham at around 1:30 this morning.

Authorities say there were fires in two dumpsters and a laundry room that were extinguished. Authorities believe the fires were intentionally set and are encouraging residents to lock their doors and call police about any suspicious persons.

No word on any injuries or the cause of the fires.

After fighting the apartment fires, firefighters responded to a hazmat fire about a mile down the road. Police say a trailer with chemicals inside caught fire on the 700 block of Blair Mill road.

Two people were taken to Abington Memorial Hospital. There is no word on their condition. That fire is also under investigation.
