PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - On today's APP-tastic and outta SITE - Cheers.

Check-in apps are a dime a dozen, but they usually are a little limited. Cheers encourages users to share not only the places they love, but the people and things as well.

Just take a picture of your favorite book or, say, a waiter who gave great service and then share it through your social network. It might be overly sweet for some, but others will love the positive focus.
