For Brian Vincenzo, it’s something he wishes for everyday: that the person who ran a red light and struck his car had thought first.

After the accident, Brian was left with a traumatic brain injury—among other things—and his prognosis was grim. But with the care at Christiana Care Health System, he is doing well. Brian and Kathy Boyer, of the “Think First” program, spoke about the accident and the aftermath.
