Philadelphia Police Seek Help Finding Fugitives

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Police in Philadelphia are searching for two fugitives they say are connected to the homicide of a nine-month-old baby last year.

Authorities say at about 2:30 a.m. on Tuesday, July 26, 2011, medics were called out to a home in the 4500 block of North 7th Street for reports of a child having difficulty breathing. Upon their arrival, medics found nine-month-old Milton Galarza-Rojas not breathing and transported him to St. Christopher's Hospital where he was pronounced dead at 3:09 a.m.

Following an autopsy report, the cause of death was determined to be heroin and cocaine intoxication and the manner of death was determined to be homicide.

Authorities have issues warrants for 34-year-old Oscar Rivera and 27-year-old Viameri Santana-Berrious.
