PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Philadelphia police are searching for a suspect who shot a woman outside a bar early Wednesday morning.
The shooting happened at about 2 a.m. at 2nd Street and Wyoming Avenue in the city’s Feltonville section.
According to investigators, the female victim was sitting in a car when a suspect approached her and opened fire.
The victim was struck in the left side and was taken to Albert Einstein Medical Center where she is listed in stable condition.
Investigators say they are searching for a black GMC Yukon that fled the scene shortly after the shooting.
So far, no arrests have been made. The investigation is ongoing.
