All Suspects In Custody In Murder Of Musician Danny DeGennaro

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Three more people are under arrest and charged with the December murder of Bristol musician Danny DeGennaro.

After three months of police work, Bucks County District Attorney David Heckler says everyone involved in this killing is in jail.

"I'm happy to say today that all three of the males who entered Mr. DeGennaro's home and were responsible for shooting him to death are now in custody."

They are identified as Kazair Gist, Breon Powell and Jermaine Jackson. Heckler says they went up to the back deck of DeGennaro's house looking for money. After a brief struggle, they shot him.

The two get away drivers, Tatanya Henderson and Danasia Bakr, were arrested earlier in March.

All five face a long list of charges. Heckler credits local and state police from Pennsylvania and New Jersey as well as federal authorities for putting these dangerous people in jail.
