PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Traffic is flowing again after a trash truck flipped over on the I-95 southbound exit ramp to the Vine Street Expressway.
About 40,000 pounds of trash was dumped onto the southbound ramp to the Vine Street Expressway and onto the I-95 northbound ramp to Callowhill Street below.
The crash shutdown the I-95 southbound ramp to the Vine Street Expressway, as well as the I-95 northbound ramp to Callowhill Street.
The accident happened at about 3 a.m. and the roadways were reopened at about 8 a.m.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
