Montco Schoolteacher Charged With Having Sex With Former Student, 15

By Mark Abrams

HATFIELD, Pa. (CBS) -- A former private school teacher from Hatfield, Montgomery County, has been charged with engaging in sexual activity with a 15-year-old student from the school where she once taught.

Hatfield police say Nicole Jacques, 25, is charged with multiple counts of sexual assault and corruption of a minor for engaging in sexual activity with the boy, whom she met at the Calvary Baptist School in Lansdale, Pa.

Investigators say the woman quit her teaching position there in 2011, but invited the teen to her apartment where they allegedly had sex and engaged in sexual activities several times.

Police say the boy's father learned of his son's activities with the former teacher and contacted authorities last month to investigate.

Police say their probe showed the woman engaged in no sexual misconduct with the boy while she was employed by the school, and that their relationship allegedly became physical after she left.
