PHILADELPIA (CBS) – Popular WWE wrestling star John Cena was involved in a three-car accident on the Schuylkill Expressway late this morning.

It happened about 11:30am. WWE.com reported that Cena, who is scheduled to appear tonight at the Wells Fargo Center, was making the rounds of the local TV stations when the SUV he was traveling in was rear-ended by a car which had been rear-ended by a tractor trailer.

Cena was uninjured, but was being checked out by a physician before tonight’s match, which was expected to go on as planned.

Cena will also face Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson at Wrestlemania XXVIII in less than two weeks.

Police said that the driver of the tractor trailer, later identified as Dewayne Johnson, was uninjured.
