Delaware Massage Parlor Employee Charged With Prostitution

WILMINGTON, Del. (CBS) – The Delaware State Police have announced the arrest of a massage parlor employee for prostitution following a six-week long investigation.

According to police, the investigation into the illegal sexual acts being preformed at the Hui Fa Healthy Inc. Massage Parlor began in January 2012 after police received several complaints.

As a result of the complaints, an undercover officer entered the premises in the 200 block of N. Maryland Avenue and requested a massage.

While the officer was receiving a massage, a female employee attempted to perform a sexual act on him, which he refused. The officer then struck up a deal with the employee, later identified as Shuhua Mao, to have sex with him for money at a later appointment.

On Tuesday, Mao was taken into police custody without incident and charged with prostitution. She was released on bail.

An investigation is ongoing.
