Auditions This Weekend In Manayunk For Revived Philly Dance Show

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A dance show from the 1980s is making a comeback, and you can be a part of it.
A local production company is bringing back the '80s hit show Dancin' On Air (see related story), and Anthony Caselli, manager of the Bayou Bar and Grill in Manayunk, says show producers will be at his bar this Saturday, hosting auditions.
"We're looking for everybody," he says. "We're looking for emcees, dancers. So if you think you have what it takes, come on out."
Caselli describes the original Dancin' On Air series as the original reality show:
"With their own relationships, you start to see certain people dance together, whereas they weren't dancing together at the beginning of the show. And now you've got these people every week, they're dancing together -- and if they're not dancing together one week, you want to know why."
Auditions will be held from 9am to 12 noon. Bring your headshot, your résumé, and most importantly, your personality.
"Come, be yourself, and wow us!" Caselli says.
