Yoga Schelter can be found in the newly renovated Sherman Mills inside a light-filled studio in Philadelphia’s East Falls section. This studio believes in “the art of being who you are,” and considers itself both a yoga and an art studio. The focus is on Asana, or physical postures, and Dhyana, or meditation. Yoga Schelter’s core goal for its students is a quest towards “creative visualization.” The studio also plays host host to retreats and yoga parties.

Philly Power Yoga is located in Philadelphia’s Center City along Walnut Street.
