Madonna To Kick Off 2012 Tour In Philadelphia This Summer

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Just days after her performance at Super Bowl XLVI, legendary pop artist Madonna has announced that her 2012 North American Tour will kick off at Philadelphia’s Wells Fargo Center.

Madonna, who performed on Sunday night during the Bridgestone Super Bowl Halftime show, will bring her act to the City of Brotherly Love on Tuesday, August 28th.

Tickets for the show go on sale on Monday, Feb. 13 at 10 a.m. through ComcastTIX, either online at http://www.comcasttix.com or by phone at 1-800-298-4200.

The chart topping artist has had a record breaking 37 Top 10 hits on the Billboard Hot 100 Singles Chart and has sold more than 300 million albums.

    I think a boycott is in store if M.I.A. will accompany her on this tour. We don’t need foreigners giving the finger when performing, (like at Super Bowl halftime). Just bad taste.
