Man Found Bound With Duct Tape And Bleeding In Olney

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – A man was found bound and bleeding inside a home in the Olney section of the city around 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

The 40-year-old Asian man was reportedly found by his wife inside their home on the 200 block of West Ruscomb Street. He was bound at the wrists, mouth and ankles with duct tape and bleeding.

Medics pronounced the victim dead at the scene. Police suspect he may have been the victim of a home invasion, as the closets and drawers inside the home were ransacked.

An investigation is ongoing, and there is no further information at this time.
