MAYS LANDING, NJ (CBS) – Skeletal remains have been found in the woods in Atlantic County’s Hamilton Township.

Atlantic County Prosecutor Ted Housel confirmed the discovery and investigation of the remains, which were found just off Ocean Heights Avenue on Saturday by a hunter.

While the remains have not been confirmed to be human, they were collected by the Medical Examiner’s Office and will be sent for forensic testing.
