I bet you’d never expect a teenager to say this: “I love math!”
But Chynna is no ordinary 16-year-old. A bright young woman who loves problem-solving — even geometry — she enjoys going to church and reading the Bible.
And she loves horseback riding.
“I used to ride Princess, and she was so adorable. She’s black and white. We used to go around the pond, and we’d go around the circle two times.”
Her ideal permanent home doesn’t need to have a horse, of course. She says a chihuahua would do just fine.
Gloria Hochman, from the National Adoption Center, based in Philadelphia, says there’s a lot more to Chynna than meets the eye.
“She’s a very shy young woman. I suspect that underneath she’s got a tremendous amount of depth, but she needs a family, and she needs a family right now.”
