Health: Weight Loss Product Government Warning

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A new federal warning about some over-the-counter weight loss products. The FDA is going after over-the-counter HCG weight loss products. The agency is ordering several companies to stop selling the unproven weight loss drugs.

They're also warning the public not to take the products, sold as oral drops, pellets, and sprays.

The FDA says there is no evidence they help with weight loss.
