Police: Delaware Man Assaulted, Robbed
NEWARK, Del. (AP) — Police are investigating the robbery of a Newark man who was walking on Martha Washington Boulevard.
New Castle County police said that the man was robbed on Friday evening. Authorities say three men assaulted the victim before removing property from his pockets. The suspects fled into a nearby development.
Police say the victim was treated and released from a hospital after suffering non-life-threatening injuries.
