3 In Custody Following Armed Robbery At Franklin Mills Mall On Black Friday

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Philadelphia police says they have in custody three people connected to an armed robbery at Franklin Mills Mall on Friday morning.

At about 3 a.m., police received reports that an unidentified male stole a wallet at gunpoint. The suspect fled in a green minivan and was last seen headed down Franklin Mills Boulevard.

Authorities stopped the vehicle a short time later and apprehended the suspect and two others.

Police are investigating.
