One Person Hurt In Thanksgiving Day Shooting In South Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – A shooting at 5th and South Streets on Thanksgiving Day left one person injured.

Around 4 p.m., police were called to the scene at the corner of 5th and South Streets in Pennsport, where they found a Chevy Uplander with its back windows shot out.

One person was transported to Jefferson Hospital with unknown injuries. There is no word on the victim’s condition.

    5th and south isn’t Pennsport. This story is so incorrect-he didn’t get shot anywhere near south street. Look at to get the actual story. Ridiculous.

    The shooting actually happened at 5th and Wharton, and the person drove to South Street, where he called police.
