Macy's Unveils Holiday Window Display

Philadelphia (CBS) – The holiday window at Macy's Department Store in Center City is up.

Santa stopped by Macy's to help the store unveil its holiday window.

"3-2-1! Woo!!! Oh my stars, it's beautiful!"

And there were a lot of folks who gathered to see it.

"My son couldn't see it, so I had to boost him up so he could see it. It's lovely."

Some folks say this is part of their holiday tradition.

"It's a great experience. It just gives you an uplift."

And while it still doesn't feel like Christmas weather, it does feel like the holidays.

"And as soon as I saw Santa, everyone looked up and they started applauding, and then the Philly Phanatic ran over. It was just a magical time."
