I'm Back, & So Is This Blog
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Time to start blogging again! I don't make excuses, but I would love to tell you what's been going on with me since the World Series ended.
The Phillies have been active, and I have been to. Just not with a computer and only Tweeting from my iPhone (@Seth_Everett).
First, a nasty, premature, winter storm ravaged my house in New Jersey. Downed trees, lost power, and impassable roads made for school closures, and taking care of my 3-year-old became a bit of a challenge. Not to mention, some trick-or-treating thrown in.
Then, the best reason. On November 7, 2011, my amazing wife gave birth to a beautiful baby girl, named Marni Blake. She is my newest best friend, and she'll be attending Phillies' games in the not too distant future.
Meanwhile, I have been chiming in on the radio. Most recently, I spoke with Angelo Cataldi on SportsRadio 94 WIP and explained why I don't like the Jonathan Papelbon signing.
I do think Mr. Papelbon is worthy of his own blog posting. Stay tuned.
I updated the latest on the Phillies Hot Stove plans on Newsradio 1060 KYW & Matt Leon.
I will be back on CBS Philadelphia radio stations talking baseball this week. Follow me on Twitter @seth_everett. And please "Like" my new Facebook page that you can find by searching Seth Everett.
And by the way, I do think Winter Baseball is sometimes as interesting as the season itself.
