Police Seek Public's Help In Locating Missing New Castle County Man

NEW CASTLE, Del. (CBS) - Police in New Castle County are searching for an elderly man who went missing Saturday night.

Phillip Price of the Minquadale community in New Castle was last seen by a family member at 11:30 a.m. and was reported missing a little before 8 p.m.

Authorities say the 74-year-old man was possibly heading to Philadelphia International Airport at the time. Price's mental status is such that there is a real concern for his welfare, according to police.

Price is described as a black male, 5'10" tall and 200 pounds, with salt/pepper hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing blue overalls and black sneakers.

The last time Price was seen, he was operating a white 2002 Ford Taurus bearing Delaware registration 43089.
