20th Anniversary For Philadelphia Film Festival

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - The 20th annual Philadelphia Film Festival kicks off tonight.

Andrew Greenblatt, executive director of the Philadelphia Film Society, says this year is extra special because it's the 20th anniversary.

So what can you expect?

"It's a survey of the best films from around the world brought to Philadelphia. It's comprised of approximately 250 screenings of 154 films from around the world, feature-length and shorts, narrative and documentary conveniently broken up into nice little categories so that people can see what they want to see."

And this year's film festival is longer than usual.

"It's usually a 10-day, 11-day festival and this year we're running for 15 days to celebrate the 20th anniversary and squish in as much as we possibly can!"

It takes place from October 20th through November 3rd.  Tickets are available at www.filmadelphia.org.
