PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – It all comes down to one game. The Phils and Cardinals play a decisive Game 5 Friday night in the National League Division Series. Phillies fans are confident and concerned at the same time.

A season with lofty expectations could end or the Phils could move on to the League Championship series (see related story). It is the first time the Phillies have played a decisive final series game since the split season in 1981.

One game for all the marbles gives Darin Dunston, of Drexel Hill, some anxiety.

“I’m a little nervous. This is kind of my worst case scenario in my planning was that we would have to come back home to play,” Dunston said. “But you know, it’s the game of baseball.”

It is a home game of baseball with perhaps the best pitcher on the planet on the mound.

“Good pitching beats good hitting and Roy Halladay’s awesome and incredible. I’m feeling pretty good about that,” Dunston said.

Jimmy Rollins tweeted that fans at the ballpark needed to be louder during the Game 2 loss and Patty Russell of South Philadelphia says she will bring her “A” game to Citizens Bank Park.

“I think it’s going to be a great game. (It will be) fun and exciting; a lot of noise. I’ll make sure I scream loud!” Russell said.

The Phillies are bringing out their good luck charms. Kane Kalas will sing the National Anthem and Lauren Hart will perform “God Bless America”

A win, and the Phils will host the start of the NLCS on Sunday.
