PHILADELPHIA (CBS)–Franklin Square Park at the base of the Ben Franklin Bridge will be bustling with activity in October.
You can expect “spooky mini-golf every weekend night in October. Children can pick a free pumpkin and decorate it from the pumpkin patch October 22nd and October 23rd,” Mark McCollum, Promotions and Guest Services Coordinator for Historic Philadelphia, says.
McCollum also says the fundraiser–along with the sales of individual bricks–is what funds Franklin Square, which has become a destination for Delaware Valley families and tourists alike.
