CHESTER, Pa. (CBS) - Police in Chester are investigating a shooting that left a man in critical condition Sunday morning.
At about 1:40 a.m., police responded to the 1400 block of West Congress Street for a shooting. Upon their arrival, officers discovered an unconscious, unidentified male.
The victim was transported to Crozer-Chester Medical Center.
