1 Dead, Another Injured Following Carjacking At Atlantic City Casino Parking Garage

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. (CBS) - A robbery and carjacking at the Trump Taj Mahal parking garage in Atlantic City Sunday morning has left one woman injured and a man dead, according to authorities.

Atlantic City Police responded to a 9-1-1 call for help in an alley way near the 500 block of Martin Luther King Boulevard. Upon their arrival, police discovered the body of 28-year-old Sunil Rattu of Old Bridge, New Jersey.

The female victim, 24-year-old Radha Ghetia of Parlin, New Jersey, suffered a gunshot wound, police said. The extent of her injuries are unknown at this time.

"We do have reason to believe these individuals might have cased other garages within a reasonable amount of time prior to the incident," said Theordore Housel, Atlantic Count Prosecutor.

The incident remains under investigation.
