Radnor Police Investigating Report Of 'Peeping Tom'

RADNOR, Pa. (CBS) – A report of a peeping-tom in Delaware County has area residents on edge.

"That's terrible, that's disgusting," said Villanova student Rachel Bobby.

Bobby had no idea that a peeping-tom had been spotted in her neighborhood until we told her.

Those who subscribe to the free Radnor Township Police Crime Alerts found out yesterday that a college student reported being videotaped Sunday night, while in the bathroom of her apartment. It happened at the Home Properties of Bryn Mawr Apartments, in Radnor Township.

Detective Sgt. Andy Block says the suspect stepped on top of an air conditioning unit to reach the bathroom window. Police have since added patrols and called neighboring townships to see if they've had any similar reports.

Right now this is an isolated incident, but it's one that has many young women here concerned.

Call the Radnor Police Department at 610-688-0503 if you have any information on this case.
